16 x 200 on the treadmill @ 5k pace with 30-40 second recoveries. I also did a one and a half mile warmup and cooldown. The pace felt really easy. I hope that I have a faster 5k pace after next weekend.
I'm coming down with a little cold, probably from running in the bad air. I'll have to get lots of sleep tonight. I'll probably take a rest day tomorrow to try to recover from this cold. |
