Running Accomplishments:

I have run six marathons and three half marathons. I have been running for about 6 years. I have a great group of running buddies that help keep me motivated.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I hope to increase my speed and get a PR at every distance between the marathon to the 5k.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To run until the day I die. To qualify for Boston.

Personal:

I am married to my beautiful wife Coral and I have three children. Mitchell (12), Alex (2), and Abby (infant)

15 out at CHHS with the group. We did a 2 mile warm up, 3 2 mile tempos with full recovery and then 7 miles back to our meeting place. It was a good run, but I was sore all weekend.

3.5 easy miles on the treadmill. Had a tough week. Achilles are really sore. Trying to hang in for another month or so.
