Long run up Emigration Canyon and back with the group. I was only planning on running 8 miles but got peer pressured to keep going. It actually felt good to run long again, but I probably need to keep my long runs more in line with my weekly training so I don't get hurt. I also went snowshoeing later in the day with a friend. It's the first time I did that in years. It felt great. We only went a couple of miles, so I didn't count it here. Good workout though (especially after 15!) |
